Refund and Returns Policy

It is important to us that our customers are satisfied, and therefore a 14-day right of return is granted when purchasing a product in exchange for presenting a sales invoice that satisfactorily shows when the product was purchased.  The product must be unused, in perfect condition and in its original undamaged packaging when returned.  If a product is sealed, the seal must not be broken.  Delivery of a product is based on its original price. The right of return does not apply to goods purchased on sale. We refund goods within 10 days of delivery, but shipping and postage are non-refundable.

ARGENA BIOCOSMETICS online store offers the choice of paying by debit card, credit card or bank transfer.  All card payments go through Valitor’s secure payment page.  The buyer can pay with the following cards: VISA / VISAELECTRON / MASTERCARD / MAESTRO.  We guarantee that the ARGENA BIOCOSMETICS online store does not accept or store card information.

 Upon payment, the order number must be stated in the note.  Products that are sold are the property of the seller until the buyer will pay the purchase price in full to ARGENA BIOCOSMETICS online store account within 24 hours. If payment is not received within that time, order will be automatically canceled.

 ARGENA BIOCOSMETICS online store reserves the right to cancel orders, e.g.  due to incorrect price information or stop offering products without notice.  The right to confirm orders by telephone is reserved.

If the buyer wishes to pay by bank transfer, please provide the order number or invoice number.
